A clever player found some exploits in the game and posted a video showing how they did it!  I patched the exploits, but you may enjoy watching what they did.  Basically, they found a way to bypass sections of the map in Cyberspace, and they found a way to bypass the restriction that you can only have one of each type of cyberware implant equipped at a time.
